US news anchor gets engaged on air

An American anchor unknowingly introduced her marriage proposal while she thought she was recording a TV promo.

Cornelia Nicholson thought she was recording a promotional segment on Local 3 News in Tennessee, where she introduced her boyfriend, Riley Nagla, who is also a reporter at the station.

Mr Nagla walked out with flowers and a box of chocolates.
