Fallen U.S. Navy Specialist receives honorary escort across Bay Bridge

The honoree was 24-year-old Xavier Martin, who served as the Navy Personnel Specialist First Class. Martin was one of seven sailors who died on the USS Fitzgerald warship, which crashed into a container ship near Japan earlier this month.
