I'm Back On NoFap 100% (Day 1)

I've decided to commit to getting fully back on the nofap wagon after trying an alternate approach which I will still be incorporating into my life, albeit in a different manner going forward.

UPDATE: Here is v2 of NoFap Yotopia Mode. My goal for the time being is to do another NoFap hardmode reboot, however long it takes, after which I will fall back onto NoFap Yotopia mode and implement it into my daily life as time goes on.

NoFap Yotopia Mode - What Counts As A Relapse

Top Lines (Healthy Activities)
- Exercise/Workout
- Meditation
- Cold Showers/Cold Plunge
- Spending Time Outdoors (e.g. Gardening, Walking/Hiking, Playing Sport etc.)
- Eating Healthy Meals
- Reading/Writing/Journaling
- Working On Goals
- Study/Work

Middle Lines (Potential Triggers BUT Not Relapse)
P:
- Turning off p*rn blocker
- Accidentally viewing random photos/videos/sex scenes

M:
- Done without fantasy
- Not done excessively (e.g. more than once per week)

O:
- Installing and/or using dating apps/sites
- Real sex with partner/someone you connect with
- Wet dreams/nightfall

Bottom Lines (Relapse)
P:
- Viewing adult sites
- Watching p*rn
- Consciously viewing explicit photos/videos/sex scenes

M:
- Done with fantasy
- Done excessively (e.g. more than once per week)

O:
- Casual sex/hooking up

Danger Zone/Signs Of Caution
- Not exercising/working out
- Not meditating
- Eating junk food
- Consuming too much YouTube
- Spending too much time on social media (e.g. Facebook/Instagram/Twitter etc.)
- Spending too much time indoors
- Overworking/burning yourself out
- Excessive multitasking
