The Corporation — Part One

Human civilisation is in a state of escalating crisis. I believe the primary reason for this
is that we have placed profit above life, above all else, as our highest priority
and our core value; that we’ve institutionalised this, we've normalised it across cultures.

And there are numerous mechanisms that drive it, but the one I want to focus on now is the corporation. I don't think enough people fully appreciate just how powerful and dangerous these entities have become.

There is no governmental body powerful enough to challenge a major corporation on the scale of, say, Big Pharma. I believe the only way can curtail their power is through organising massive boycotts but organising anything on that scale has become incredibly problematic.
