Your dog’s ability to be neutral in public is the most impressive

Getting the core basics down with your dog is the most impressive. Dogs who can be neutral in high arousal settings are the most impressive. Tricks with your dog look cool and are fun, they definitely have their time and place. But more important than anything else, your dog needs to have the ability to focus in and listen when in new environments with new stimuli.
