ATTENDING PLENARY: Deputy Speaker cautions MPs against holding retreats during Parliament business

The Deputy speaker of Parliament Thomas Tayebwa has issued new directives stopping parliamentary committees from holding retreats during days of plenary.
This was after Tayebwa noted that some committees have made it attendance to treating during plenary session days.
