Digital Voting Veto - How a threshold majority of 70%+ could vote to block government decisions (#2)

In this video I discuss the idea of a digital voting system that allows a threshold majority of people to veto any law or other decision made by government.

So for example, if 70% or more of the eligible population voted to *not* go to war in a certain country - that would over rule any decision made by government or the monarchy.

I go on to suggest that this should be trialled somewhere, perhaps in a small country, in order to see how it performs and to tease out the bugs of the implementation.
