McConnell appears to freeze for more than 30 seconds during press conference

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell appeared to freeze and was unresponsive for more than 30 seconds after being asked a question about his plans to run for re-election. A spokesperson for the senator says he was feeling “lightheaded” during the press conference. NBC News’ Ryan Nobles reports on the second health scare for the senator in two months.
