If LDL is damaged
Vasa vasorum: small blood vessels that supply large blood vessels

Damaged LDL can lodge in walls of the small vessels as fatty deposits
If lds is not oxidized…

This fatty deposit, plant, does not occur

High triglycerides and low HDL are markers of oxidative stress
Damaged LDL is what causes fatty deposition

If you have high triglycerides and low HDL
You are much more likely to have damaged LDL

Fatty deposits in the blood vessel walls are not necessarily there forever
Plaque regression is possible

In a study, those with plaque progression had LDL levels
50% lower than those with plaque regression

Observational, documented research:
Atherosclerotic plaque can be reversed!

People with highest LDL are the ones who get this reversal
LDL can be bad, but only if oxidized

If you are metabolically, healthy,
With LDL, not oxidized, not damaged:
You will be OK
