Hi all! Today is a biceps workout at home using dumbbells. It is an honor for any man to have big and strong arms! Biceps is one of the muscles that affect arm volume. You choose the weight for training on the basis of your capabilities and physical indicators at the moment. It's good when you have an option to buy collapsible dumbbells in which you can adjust the weight, thereby adding weight and loading the muscles more.

Do not forget about breathing: when you load we breathe out, when we relax we breathe in (it means when you lift the weight we breathe in, when you lower the weight we breathe out).

Biceps workout is enough to do 2 times a week, I recommend to do in conjunction with the training of the back in one day!
