As an entrepreneur, he has co-founded three startups. More importantly, Zach is a remote work enthusiast and has been a remote employee for his entire professional career.

Zach and his wife Olesya, along with their two children Ellis and Wyatt, live in the remote city of Atlanta in rural Idaho at the base of the Sawtooth mountains. Their day-to-day life consists of wood chopping, cooking, tending to animals, and figuring out ways to live a healthy and sustainable life.
