These hacks are all my personal experiences, tried and tested. I was 13 when I started cooking and discovered these hacks, discovered the power of vinegar. Back home, burying the bananas in rice is a very common hack to speed up the process of ripening the bananas. Making tea out of tea bags was my late mum's idea. Removing stems from the green chilies was my mother-in-law's idea and inserting a paper clip on the edge of the tape was my dad's idea.
