Tropical storm Idalia update: South Carolina slammed by rain, wind | LiveNOW from FOX

Storm surge from Tropical Storm Idalia has begun to flood parts of Charleston, South Carolina. Powerful onshore winds of about 40 mph are pushing water from the Atlantic onto the city streets of the historic city.
