Baking soda is something I think all of us have at home. But most of us use it only for baking. But you can also use it for other purposes. For your feet, for example. In this video I show you why you should make a foot bath with baking soda and what benefits it has.

Because surely you also have calluses on your feet that you want to have removed. And that's exactly what baking soda is great for. Even better would be baking soda, but if you do not have it in the house, then baking powder will do.

In the first step you need a bowl in which you can get your feet. Here you put only so much water in that your feet with the places is under water, where you have horny skin everywhere. Add 1 package of baking soda and leave your feet in the foot bath for about 15 minutes.

After that we make a foot mask also from baking soda or baking powder. For this, you just need a small bowl with very little water and again a pack of baking soda or 1 tablespoon of baking powder. Now mix the two together until a nice paste is formed.

Spread this paste on your feet, in the places where you have calluses. Leave this paste on your feet for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse your feet once with water. Repeat this procedure 3 times a week and after a short time you will notice that the calluses on your feet will become less and less and your feet will become really beautiful and smooth.
