Ants in your lawn and on your patio can be quite annoying, especially if you have small children playing on your lawn or patio. So you may want to do something about your ants. In this video, I'll show you how to fight and remove ants. Unfortunately, the ants die with the most effective methods. But there is also a way to get rid of ants without killing them. In this video I will discuss both ways.

A very effective remedy against ants is baking soda or baking powder. You can sprinkle this directly on the ants. The ants will eat the baking soda and carry it into the burrow, where they feed it to other ants. However, the baking soda will cause the ants to die. So after a few days you won't find any ants on your lawn or patio.

Another good option against ants is coffee grounds. You can also sprinkle it over the ants' nest. They will eat the coffee grounds and do not like the smell. Therefore they will either die or move on because they can't stand the smell.

You could also flood the ants' nest. Just take the garden hose or a watering can and flush the ant nest once properly. You will probably have to repeat this process a few times, but over time the ants will realize that the environment is not safe for them and they will look elsewhere and open their nest.

If you don't want the ants to die, but you also don't want them in your lawn or on the patio, there is another option. Take an old clay pot, fill it with straw or hay and place it upside down on the ants' nest. The ants will move into the clay pot, settle there and you can easily move them to a place where they will not disturb. However, this method takes a little longer and does not always work directly.

If you want to get rid of ants, you should try one or more of these methods. And in a short time you will have no more ants!
