The tiles in the shower are very quickly adorned by unsightly lime spots. This is simply because water is on the tiles after showering and then dries on. Depending on the hardness of the water in your area, the more or less lime deposits on your tiles. But instead of stripping the shower every time after you shower, you can also use some baby oil to prevent just that. In this video I will show you how exactly this works and what you have to consider.

First of all, your shower should be clean. After you have cleaned it and all the tiles are dry, you can start treating it with baby oil. To do this, simply put a small amount of baby oil on a piece of household roll and rub it on your tiles. There should not be too much oil on the tiles and you must be absolutely sure that it does not drip in large quantities on the floor of your shower, otherwise there is an increased risk of falling.

Now wait five minutes and then wipe your tiles again with a new clean household cloth to remove the remaining oil from the tiles. Because we only need an extremely thin layer of the baby oil to seal them. Now the water simply rolls off and lime can not even spread on the tiles.

With this little trick, you can also save yourself the annoying removal of the tiles, because the lime now no longer has a chance. If the effect wears off over time, simply repeat this process!
