One thing I know for sure is we are trapped physically and barricaded in spiritually. All I attempt to do is understand the why and chip away to remove the barricade that stands in my way. If I can help you or you I, let this record be my ongoing attempt to join others, smash it to pieces and show other souls the path less trodden.

My loved ones have already condemned me and I refuse any longer to prove them wrong so I simply move on and hide my inner pains.
We all do. When needed, we shall unleash it but never on the innocent.
Whatever you believe, prove it or become it's willing captive.
Don't arrest yourself in Stockholm syndrome. But equally, do not believe a word I say, I cannot prove a thing. I can only try to help others and learn from them too.
