I'm 6' 9" And Have The World's Largest Feet For A Woman. Tanya Herbert has officially been named the woman with the largest feet in the world, according to the 2022 Guinness World Records. Herbert’s feet total a size 18 women’s or 16-17 men’s. She struggles to find shoes that fit her world record feet and has to make her own shoes but with the help of social media, she was able to find a couple of companies that help her customize shoes that fit her feet. She just recently received her first pair of high heels!
