“ A Day to Remember
Early start. Picked up by Laura and driven to Hove Float Spa not knowing what to expect. After a relaxing sauna and shower I had a massage concentrating on my spine and legs. Then for a Float . A beautiful experience. I put the light off and emptied my mind. I actually fell asleep.
After another shower I had a Lymphatic Drainage and another wonderful experience. Very relaxing and beneficial.

After that experience I had Lucia Light Therapy with Andrew Bartzis and Dale Tobin. A fantastic trip and utterly beneficial to my deep inner self. A Rebirth.
