- 長者的噩夢 - 缺乏活動導致的肌肉流失和骨質疏鬆,隨時可以致命
- 一雙健康的腿部,血液的常規流動就會順暢
- 能夠站立盡量不要坐,能夠坐盡量不要躺下來
- 躺著一個星期,最少流失5%的肌肉
- 每天最少練習蹲下和站立20-30次,保持腿部核心肌肉的力量
- 兩個星期不活動雙腿,腿部肌肉便衰退了相當20-30年的時間
- 15%的長者在大腿骨折後一年內,會因其他並發症離世
- 多走路,每天30-40分鐘,或每天10,000步,保持雙腿的力量
