The title "Qaum e Saba per Allah Ka Azaab" means "The Punishment of Allah on the People of Saba" in Urdu. It refers to a story in the Quran about a people who were punished by Allah for their arrogance and disobedience. The story is told in the following verses:

And to (the people of) Saba (We sent) their prophet, saying: "Worship Allah! You have no god other than Him. Verily, I bring unto you a clear sign from your Lord. So set up a ma'rafah (i.e., a column or a lofty pole) at the place where the people assemble and invoke Allah, and do not be of those who associate partners with Allah."

But the people of Saba' denied (their prophet) and We sent upon them a violent storm (with showers of stones) of painful punishment, because they were defiantly disobedient.

And We destroyed them completely, and We made them a sign for the peoples. So, see what was the end of the Mujrimun (disbelievers, polytheists, sinners, criminals, etc.).

(Quran 27:15-17)

The people of Saba were a prosperous nation who lived in a beautiful land. They had everything they could ever want, but they became arrogant and proud. They worshipped idols and neglected Allah. Allah sent a prophet to them to warn them, but they refused to listen. As a result, Allah punished them with a violent storm of stones. The entire city was destroyed and the people were killed.

This story is a warning to all of us. We should never be arrogant or proud, and we should always obey Allah. If we do not, we may be punished just like the people of Saba.
