NEW - Gabon's military seizes power after incumbent President Ali Bongo Ondimba wins a third term, marking eighth coup in West and Central Africa since 2020.
Ondimba is under house arrest and one of his sons has been arrested for treason, military says.
Gabon is the fifth largest oil producing country in Africa.
