When you fire up the vacuum cleaner, do you get a very unpleasant smell? One reason could be bad smells in the vacuum cleaner, and there are several things you should do if your vacuum cleaner stinks. In this video, I'll show you what washing powder has to do with it.

The first step, however, is to check how full your vacuum cleaner bag is. Because you might have to replace it once. Also, the filters of the vacuum cleaner should be replaced from time to time, so that it does not start to smell bad. If you have already done all this, but the vacuum cleaner still stinks, then you can take washing powder to help you.

Simply spread one to two tablespoons of washing powder on a hard floor and then vacuum it up with the vacuum cleaner. Because of the fresh scent of the washing powder, your vacuum cleaner should now no longer stink or smell musty.
