Putting a candle in the freezer sounds strange at first, but it has a decisive advantage! Because by the cold you ensure that the candle burns much slower and thus you increase the life of your candle. All you have to do is put your candle in the freezer.

It does not matter whether it is a pillar candle or tea lights. Just put the candles in the freezer for 1 hour before lighting and you can benefit from it. You can then light them normally, but they will burn slower.

Try this ingenious trick with your candles once. With a few candles it happens that the wick burns down slowly afterwards. If this is the case, the candle is not suitable for the freezer.
