What do you do with a mouthguard you've used many times? Instead of throwing it away directly, I'll show you a way to reuse your mouthguard here! Check out the exact instructions for this right in the video.

Because we're going to cut open the side of our mouthguard. This way we get a small pocket. From the cut side, we now take off the ribbon, because we will need that later. Now we take a lemon and cut it into smaller pieces.

Now we put the lemon into the small pocket in our mouthguard. Then we close it at the top with the piece of tape that we cut from the side. And this piece we then now put into our dishwasher.

Because the lemon in the dishwasher has directly several advantages. Because of the contained citric acid you can save the rinse aid and also in general your dishes will be much cleaner! So you still have a purpose for your mouthguard and do not have to throw it away directly!

Try this ingenious cleaning trick but also with you once!
