12 Year Old Student Kicked Out of Class for Gadsden Flag Patch

Public School teachers claimed the flag "Is tied to Slavery & Racism" and could not be permitted in school. This is unequivocally false as the Gadsden "Don't Tread On Me" flag is a Revolutionary War flag and Individual Rights symbol. It has nothing to do with Racism and the symbol itself is counter to anything Racism stood for.
