Florida braces for Hurricane Idalia as storm builds over warm Gulf waters

The US state of Florida is bracing for Hurricane Idalia.
Residents in some coastal areas have been ordered to leave.
Idalia already caused widespread damage in Cuba, where at least two people have died.
