A Ukrainian military recruitment team attempted to mobilize a driver who was exempted from military service due to a severe lung condition. The man presented his military ID with the appropriate note, but it only angered the recruiter. He accused the driver of buying the exemption from a service, called him a former junkie, and even threatened to gouge his eye out.
