NEVER Say This in Sales
The no-no words, yes, they do exist in sales. The words that you never, ever, ever should use in a sales appointment. Words create emotion and images in our mind.
The word contract. Contract sounds like handcuffs to me. There's a lot of risk. Contract's not a very good word. Another word is price. The reason for that is all of these have a sense of losing something. Again, fear.
I wanna share with you what you can say instead. With contract instead, what we can say is agreement. An agreement is a mutually beneficial arrangement. The price are in investments. Getting something is positive. Buying something is negative. Positive emotion, positive images.
