In this episode, we're going through an exercise from the book Eat That Frog by Brian Tracy. It's an exercise that I recently completed with my mastermind group, and I want to guide you through it now. I encourage you to pause the audio after each question and take 30 seconds to write down your answers. Trust me, the time constraint will elicit more genuine responses than if you spent hours pondering over it. So, let's jump right in.

First, let's focus on your three most important business or career goals at the moment. Take a moment to contemplate what you truly want to accomplish professionally.

Next, take a moment to reflect on your three most significant family or relationship goals. Consider what truly matters to you in your personal life.

Now, let's shift gears and think about your three most important financial goals. Ponder upon the financial milestones you want to reach.

Let's now transition to your three most important health goals. Consider what you need to prioritize when it comes to your well-being.

Next, let's zoom in on your three most important personal and professional development goals. Identify the skills you want to enhance or the areas of personal growth you want to explore.

Moving forward, I want you to think about your three most important social and community goals. Contemplate how you can make a positive impact on the people and communities around you.

Lastly, I want you to focus on your three biggest problems or concerns in life right now. This exercise will provide you with clarity on the areas you need to address.

Completing this exercise will offer you insights into the areas of your life that deserve your focus. It might even help you realize if you've been prioritizing the wrong things. Always keep this newfound clarity in mind as you move forward and work towards your goals. Remember to do good work.
