Chicago news team robbed at gunpoint during report on armed robberies in the city

In a distressing incident, a Univision news team in Chicago fell victim to an armed robbery on Monday morning while covering a recent series of armed robberies in the city known as the Windy City.

Around 5:00 AM, a reporter and a photographer were conducting their coverage in the 1200 block of North Milwaukee Avenue in the West Town neighborhood.

At this point, three individuals wearing ski masks emerged from two vehicles, as detailed by both Univision and Chicago police sources, Fox News reported.

The masked men proceeded to approach the news crew, wielding firearms, and demanded that the team surrender their money.
