Reported Israeli strike damages Aleppo airport

In the early hours of Monday, an Israeli airstrike impacted the international airport located in Aleppo, a city in northern Syria.

This action resulted in significant damage to a runway, rendering it inoperable, as reported by the Syrian state media.

According to the state-run news agency SANA, a military official stated that Israeli aircraft originating from the Mediterranean Sea executed the assault at approximately 4:30 a.m.

Thankfully, no casualties were reported as a result of this incident, the Associated Press reported.
