FATAL BICYCLE ACCIDENT OCCURS IN SACRAMENTO'S RIVER DISTRICT

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — An early morning collision between a vehicle and a bicyclist has resulted in a tragic fatality in the River District of Sacramento.
