The vehicle continued to travel northbound on U.S. Highway 63 exceeding speeds of 130mph while activating my emergency equipment. The vehicle continued to travel northbound on U.S. Highway 63 exceeding speeds of 130mph as it approached the 4-way intersection at West Front Street. The vehicle disregarded the stop sign at the 4- way intersection and continued northbound. The driver of the vehicle displayed a wanton disregard for the safety of persons and property as he maneuvered through moderate traffic on a two-lane highway at speeds over 140mph.

The pursuit continued north through Wabbaseka and through the construction zone after Wabbaseka. During the pursuit I attempted a Tactical Vehicle Intervention (T.V.I.) severaltimes but was unable to successfully perform the maneuver. During the T.V.I. my front right push bumper came in contact with the suspect's left rear quarter panel twice. The suspect's vehicle sustained no damages as a result of the attempted T.V.I. There was also no damage tomy unit as aresult of the attempted T.V.I. With traffic in both lanes on the two-lane highway, the vehicle intentionally went off the roadway and veered right in an attempt to go around traffic. While attempting to negotiate the vehicle back onto the roadway, the suspect's vehicle struck a vehicle traveling south in the southbound lane. The vehicle the suspect struck went airborne causing it to leave the roadway to the west. The suspect's vehicle went off the roadway to the west as well becoming disabled. Without further incident the suspect was taken into custody. (See crash report# 202312226ASP) E.A.S.I. was dispatched to the scene and transported the suspect to Baptist Medical Center in Stuttgart.
