The Final Cut of the 2023 Highwood Montana Wheat Harvest / Day 28 (August 16)

The last pass of the 2023 harvest was made about mid-day.

And now the big clean-up begins.

The experience we had with this amazing family and their harvest was just the answer my non-harvesting soul needed.

The end of harvest is exciting. And a letdown. The intense days are hard at the time but greatly missed when it’s over.

Everyone working together towards the end goal is worth all the crazy which harvest provides.
