Bellevue man charged after allegedly crashing truck into home

A man was charged Monday in Brown County court after allegedly driving his truck into a Bellevue home over the weekend. Ryan Fengler, 34, of Bellevue faces a felony count of recklessly endangering safety and negligent operation of a vehicle.
