Brandon Judd: Cartels know there will always be a market for their drugs

National Border Patrol Council President Brandon Judd is America’s spike in drug overdoses is criminally driven by Mexican cartels. “They’re the ones that are profiting off of it…They don’t care. They know that there’s going to be somebody right behind that individual that dies that is going to take up their product,” says Judd.
