Russian President Vladimir Putin has agreed to visit China for the Belt and Road Forum in October, Bloomberg reported, citing anonymous sources, marking one of the first times Putin has left Russia since the International Criminal Court issued a warrant for his arrest on alleged war crimes in connection with Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
