Drivers heading south on I-35 are in for a mouthwatering visual as they pass the “world’s largest rib.” The billboard, located in the parking lot of Ponak’s Mexican Kitchen, features an inflatable rack of ribs spanning fifty feet and reads, “World’s Largest BBQ. Served by Smithfield.”
