Storm Shield Forecast early morning update 6/26/17

It's still going to be very dry and hot today, but a forecast of 102 in Bakersfield is way better than 110 yesterday! Today the Kern River Valley will top out at 94 and the forecast for Tehachapi and Frazier Park matches up once again with upper 80s this afternoon.
