We examine the refusal of France to recall her Ambassador from the Republic of Niger. We find that France is in contravention of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations [1961].

Moreover, the refusal of France to pull her troops out of Niger is clear evidence that France is looking for an excuse to start a war in Niger.

They want the uranium resources in Niger and they want it by force.
