High Intensity Functional Workout‼️💪🏼🥊

Preparing for the @toughmudder which is now 26 days away. I will be training a lot differently than I usually train by switching my training to a more high intensity training using more functional exercises along with my fitness daily Pull-ups and Knee Raises.

Todays training was done at @rabitsden with the boys‼️💪🏼🐰

1. Boxing/Slam Ball
3 Rounds of 40 sec followed by 10 Ball Slams

2. Weighted Vest Push-ups/Battle Ropes
3 Rounds of 10 Reps followed by 40 sec Battle Rope

3. Kettlebell Front Raises/Dips
3 Rounds of 10 Reps each exercise
