To start a relaxing face massage, make sure your hands are clean. Begin by applying a small amount of facial oil or moisturizer to your fingertips. Gently press your fingers at the center of your forehead and move outward towards your temples, using light pressure. Repeat this motion a few times.
Next, use your index and middle fingers to make circular motions on your temples. Gradually move your fingers down to your cheeks, using gentle upward strokes. Apply slight pressure as you go, but be careful not to press too hard.
