I've had Buffalo Chicken Dip before but never made my own so for the first Cincinnati Bengals preseason game I decided to give it a try. This Buffalo Chicken Dip turned out delicious!!! Recipe below. -- RECIPE --

Ingredients:

● Two 10 oz. cans of chunked chicken drained
● 3/4 cup Frank's RedHot
● Two 8 oz. packages of cream cheese softened
● 1 cup Ranch or Bleu Cheese dressing
● 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
● Celery sticks cut into 4 in. pieces
● Baby carrots sliced vertically
● Tortilla scoops
● Blue cheese crumbles and green onion for garnish (optional)

Directions:

Gather all ingredients. Heat chicken and Frank's RedHot in a skillet over medium heat until heated through, 3-5 minutes. Stir in cream cheese and ranch/bleu cheese dressing. Cook and stir until well blended and warm, another 3-5 minutes. Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese and cook on low until dip is hot and bubbly, about 20-30 minutes. Sprinkle with bleu cheese crumbles and green onion for garnish if you prefer. Serve with celery sticks, baby carrots, and tortilla scoops. Enjoy!!!
