3 People Left Dead in Racially Motivated Mass Shooting: Cops

Three people were left dead after a Florida gunman opened fire in a Dollar General. Mass shooter, Ryan Christopher Palmeter, was spotted wearing a bulletproof vest at Edward Waters University prior to the shooting. The campus was put on lockdown as Palmeter drove to a Dollar General. Video shows him firing 11 times into a car, killing Angela Carr. After entering the store, he killed Anolt Joseph Laguerre Jr. and Jerrald De'Shaun Gallion. Police say the gunman later shot himself to death.
