Europa Universalis IV - MEIOU and Taxes 3.0 Mod - The (Ottoman) Empire Strikes Back 26

So, my first attempt at the Ottoman Empire failed miserably because of some financial investment mistakes I made in the first episode. We are back to try again, this time with more caution! Also, yes, I did a terrible pun with the series title.

We are starting a new campaign in Europa Universalis 4, with the MEIOU and Taxes 3.0 mod! This mod has been one of my favorite for a long time. It adds enormous amounts of detail and simulation to EU4 and changes a lot of systems. I'm going to try out a nation I have never played as before, but is one of the more popular (And powerful!) nations to play in EUIV, the Ottoman Empire!
