Post-Secondary Students Feeling The Rental Pinch | August 17, 2023 | Micah Quinn | Bridge City News

An August report by Rentals.ca has released new information about the state of the rental market in Lethbridge. Our city came in at number 32 out of 35 for the most expensive areas to rent. Meanwhile, at the University of Lethbridge and Lethbridge College, there is a waitlist for students who are looking to get into on-campus housing for the upcoming year. According to staff from the U of L Students’ Union, they are struggling. BCN’s Micah Quinn has the story.

Over in Calgary, Mount Royal University, SAIT, and the University of Calgary all have waitlists for on-campus housing for students.
