Dangerous Despacito Chocolate Cake in an easy and inexpensive way
Chocolate cake with a creamy top layer in the simplest way, ingredients are available without cream, and the chocolate on top is optional

the components
for cream
3 cups of milk
3 and a half tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons starch
3 tablespoons of cocoa
A cup but a quarter of sugar
vanilla
3 tablespoons of butter
1 envelope of cocoa chantilly cream / we can use white and add a tablespoon of cocoa

for cake
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
vanilla
Half a cup of oil
A cup to a quarter of milk
1 and a half cups of sifted flour
3 tablespoons of sifted cocoa
1 tablespoon baking powder

Notes
We prepare the ingredients for the cream as the first step, because it needs to cool well
We prepare the cake as shown in the video
Tray size 30 and we can use any rectangular or square tray
We leave the cake to cool completely
We can water the cake with a cup of cold milk if we want it soft. I prefer it fragile
We whip the cream, add the envelope of the cream chantilly, and beat a little, as the cream does not have to become heavy
We can adjust the texture of the cream by adding a little milk if necessary
We put the cream on the cake and grate the chocolate using a peeler or a knife
