Some days it does not seem to matter what positive actions we take, the feelings of emptiness, shame, and loneliness always find a way to catch up. Today was one of those days for me. I was considering not posting it, but then again, authenticity and honesty is good for the soul. My message here is that its okay to have these days. You are not alone...
