Whether you're coming in from the cold or wearing your mouth guard, as a glasses wearer you know the problem of your lenses fogging up. But you can prevent this with dishwashing liquid. This acts like an anti-fogging agent when you apply it. And how exactly that works and what you should consider, I'll show you in this video.

All you need is your glasses, some dishwashing liquid and a cloth to clean your glasses. Now put some of the detergent on your glasses. A few drops are already sufficient. Then start to rub the dishwashing liquid on your glasses with the cloth. Now rub it until the detergent is worked into the lenses.

Now you have a protective layer applied to your glasses. Something like an anti-fogging agent, so that the lenses no longer fog up. Now when you put on your mouth guard or go from warm to cold, your glasses should no longer fog up.

Try this ingenious life hack but definitely once, if you are spectacle wearer and your glasses also constantly fogs up!
